This place is clean and offers a lovely view of the ocean. the pool is fantastic, and there's convenient underground parking. Plus, laundry and ironing facilities are available at no extra cost! 😊.

we had room which had air conditioning, a kitchen, and a lounge and was a nice size. the private parking was under ground, exceptional service.

Comfortable stay, as always. Clean place with pleasant staff and perfect view of the sea. Wonderful, lovely location really close to cafes restaurants and public transport, cafe's, bars and restaurants. Reasonably large and air conditioned room, clean bathroom. Heated pool, parking under ground.

This hotel features spacious bedrooms, friendly and attentive staff, and extremely comfortable beds.

I really liked how our super comfortable deluxe apartment was set up. the facilities were great, and having a microwave, electric kettle, and fridge made our stay even better! 😊.

It's so close to the sea, just 2 minutes walk. Staff are very professional and patient. Awesome & fantastic holiday with the comfortable living place.

The room here was really spacious and had great air conditioning. the staff were super helpful, which made our stay even better. I loved having a microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge – those were definitely big perks! Plus, the location couldn’t be better, with easy access to the theme parks and a lovely view of the ocean. 🌊.

I did enjoy the ocean view. With regards to the apartment, it was not clean. I saw cobwebs and spiders in the toilet and windows and even outside the balcony. The utensils are washed but not clean enough. The shower is old and the drainage is not good because while you are having a shower, water is still not drained. We slept in the living room because the bedroom smells and stinks. All the windows are not clean and they are dusty even on the inside. The kitchen needs to be upgraded. The carpet in th bedroom stinks especially the cabinets / wardrobes. The only thing I love is the ocean view of the place.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the value for money was fantastic - we couldn't believe what we got for the price we paid. The attention to detail was remarkable, with the rooms offering amazing views and all the necessary amenities included, from air conditioning to good facilities. The location was also perfect, right across from the Northcliffe surf club and within walking distance of shops and even a delicious pancake breakfast place down the road. Lastly, the staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location is superb, with the beach just a stone's throw away. The rooms offered magnificent views from every window, making my experience truly memorable. I also appreciated the comfortable bed, ensuring a good night's sleep. In addition, the hotel had good facilities, including a spa and two different pool options, perfect for relaxation. Finally, the staff provided excellent service, with their attention to detail and friendly demeanor.

While there were a few minor issues, such as the shower head needing to be tightened and the absence of beach towels in the unit, overall everything was more than satisfactory.

Lovely furnishings, comfy beds, recently refurbished, new appliances, great amenities, outdoor pool set in lovely gardens.
